There are a myriad of tribulations that can arise during a project's lifespan.

Laying Down On The Job brings to light some of the common situations that occur in a project/task based work environment that were previously unstudied or uncharted. The Laying Down endeavor started out as a process to help identify why projects go awry and to provide managerial insight to keep the projects from failing. After surveying about 500 (more or less) professional and some not so professional employees I defined several universal scenarios called Project Productivity Models that many of us in the workforce have experienced and concluded that most "project awrying" situations can be avoided with better management. So much for my master's thesis... Go ahead and view these models at your leisure.
